- Q: Do you have restrictions on the content you will
host?
- A: Yes. We do not host any adult content and reserve
the right to suspend service to any site that contains material
that we deem questionable.
- Q: Do you place ad banners or link backs on my site?
- A: No. We do not add banners to your site. We do not
require a link back to our site, but we would appreciate
you supporting our ministry.
- Q: I want you to host my site, how do I get started?
- A: Select the web hosting plan you want. Email us with
your needs. Once we receive the order, we'll get the account
setup and email you back the necessary details you need
to get started.
- Q: Can you help me register a new domain name for
my web site?
- A: Yes. We will register a domain name for you for only
$10/year.
- Q: Can a transfer an existing site to your server?
- A: Yes. Once we have received your order, we'll send you
the Name Server information, and you can update that or
you can request us to do that for you, to get your domain
name pointed to our servers.
- Q: What are my billing options?
- A: You can pay monthly or yearly via credit card. If
you would rather not pay with a credit card, we can invoice
you on a yearly basis.
- Q: Is there a setup fee?
- A: No, setup is absolutely FREE.
- Q: After I order, how soon can I start uploading/publishing
my site?
- A: We will generally be able to respond to you within
24 hours of receiving your order.
- Q: Can I use FrontPage or Dreamweaver to publish my
site?
- A: Yes. You can use FrontPage, Dreamweaver or any FTP
program to publish/upload your site.
